1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:

  • Confirmation of machine specifications

  • Receipt of full payment

  • Completion of required documentation

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are extra and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • The customer is responsible for unloading the machine at the delivery location.

3. Delivery Tracking

HSW will provide a tracking slip / transport details so that customers can monitor the status of their consignment.

4. Installation & Engineer Visit

For on-site installation and support:

  • The customer must bear the engineer's transportation, accommodation, and food expenses.

  • The engineer will generally remain on-site for up to two days for installation and basic training.

  • Additional days may incur charges of ₹5,000 per day.

5. Shipping Delays

While HSW makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by transportation providers, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
