Terms & Conditions:

1. Once an item is sold, it cannot be returned.
2. All prices are inclusive of GST.
3. A 100% advance payment is required before delivery.
4. 5 year warranty of machine (Electric Parts).
5. Delivery Charges are Extra, & customer will be responsible for unloading the machine.
6. The customer must pay engineer's transportation, accommodation, and food for the engineer, who will be on-site for up to two days. Additional days will incur a charge of ₹5,000 per day.
7. Company will provide a tracking slip for the transport so customer can monitor your consignment's status.
8. Our engineer will first try to resolve any issues via video call. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, company will send the engineer at customer location. The customer will need to cover round-trip of 3rd AC train tickets, accommodation, and food for the engineer.
9. The machine's service is free of charge for 1 year during the warranty period; however, the customer is responsible for covering the round-trip 3rd AC train tickets, accommodation, and food for the engineer.
10. After 1 year warranty period, service charges will apply as per company policy, and the customer will be responsible for the round-trip 3rd AC train tickets, accommodation, and food for the engineer.
11. In the future, if any device modifications are required, the customer will be responsible for paying additional charges, as well as covering the round-trip cost of 3rd AC train tickets, accommodation, food for the engineer, and fitting charges.
